  • Shipment will be made within 2 weeks after confirming your order. If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you.
  • The product will be delivered by either Japan Post, Sagawa Express, or Yamato Transport. Please note that you can not choose the delivery company. If you are in a hurry, please check the shipping times in advance.

For bulk orders and other special orders, we will accept orders by e-mail or telephone.

If in stock, it should be delivered within 14 days after receiving the order. In case of further delay, we will contact you.

【 About Return / Exchange 】
We take all possible measures to assure the quality of our products; however, in the case of a defective product, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask that you contact us by e-mail within 7 days after delivery.
If in stock, we will promptly replace the product purchased with the same item at our expense.
If the item purchased is out of stock, we may have to refund the cost or ask that you wait until the product can be delivered at a later time. Please be sure to enclose a statement explaining the issue when returning the product.
The refund method will be handled by postal money order.
